Chanaka & staff assisted us every step of the way, promptly fulfilling all our needs. Overall, it was an excellent experience. They also arranged a safari, which was great. Wir können euch nur empfehlen eine Safari über diese Unterkunft zu buchen, da sie dort wesentlich günstiger als auf bekannten Apps ist. Das Essen war lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl, sodass man sich durch die Sri lankische Küche durchprobieren konnte. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und sowohl zum Baden als auch zum schwimmen geeignet. Angenehm war es ebenfalls, dass die Anlage nicht zu riesig ist und man somit die Ruhe in der Natur genießen konnte. Die Lage zum Lion Rock (20 min) und anderen Orten wie Dambula (30 min), Polonnaruwa (1:30 h) waren mit dem eigenen TukTuk gut zu erreichen und daher für uns perfekt. Durch die Lage im Wald muss man mit Käfern rechnen und das war uns auch bewusst. Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer ein sehr großes Problem mit Käfern. Das Personal hat perfekt darauf reagiert und uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten, indem es kein großes Problem mehr war. Für uns keinesfalls eine negative Erfahrung da hier direkt gut reagiert wurde! Vielleicht habt ihr auch das Glück wie wir Batman zu treffen ;)

By far the best accommodation we've had in Sri Lanka. Spacious rooms, a fantastic pool, and incredibly helpful staff. The property itself is charming, surrounded by greenery, with adorable little squirrels running around, and we even spotted an iguana (we think! :p). The hotel staff couldn't have been more wonderful, and they helped me organize a massage and arranged a driver as well. The restaurant even had a high chair for our baby. Highly recommend!

My family have spent our weekend at this hotel and from the time of checking in until the time we checked out, everything had been wonderful. I would like to commend the staff especially the front desk (Muzakir) who had been so helpful throughout our stay. He got us a steal deal for a safari tour to Minneriya Park which had been one of the highlights of our trip. One staff (Amila) also gave a freshly picked guava from the hotel garden to our kids which we found to be such a sweet gesture. For its location, room facilities (I really love the hair dryer)  food, staff and reasonable price, I highly recommend Tepraas esp for families like us.

      Verified A little gem in Sigiriya I have spent 3 nights in this hotel and I was not disappointed. The staff is trained up to the best hospitality standards. The room is big and clean. AC top quality. The wifi is working well in all the premises and inside the room. Nice F&B. Will definitely recommend this place. Bravo!

    Verified Amazing Excellent forest hotel,MrFelix made our stay a memorable one taking care of all our request. Great pool and close to Sigiriya rock, rooms were very cosy and lot of trees on the property giving it a natural look, reception staff were also accommodating.

    Verified Nice start to our tour We stayed at Tepraas Sigiriya for three days and it was our first stop on our tour. In advance we had regular contact with Felix, the Tepraas manager. Felix is incredibly nice and organized transfers from hotel to hotel for us, tickets for our train journey from Kandy to Haputale and also the transport to the sights on site. It was really sensational how he looked after us and we were so happy to have him by our side. Everything went wonderfully and smoothly. from the first to the last day of our trip. Thank you very much again for that! But all the employees in the hotel were also super nice and friendly. The food was very good, the rooms were very large and clean. We also had a small balcony facing the pool, which was nice to sit in the evening and have a drink. We really had three very nice days here and will remember Felix and his wonderful team for a long time. We can definitely recommend Tepraas Sigiriya.

    Verified Perfect hotel in Sigiriya Hotel with a heavenly setting Excellent quality service and very pleasant staff. Spacious air-conditioned room and very clean. Good water pressure in the shower but hot water can run out. Pleasant swimming pool Good restaurant and breakfast but allow a little time to be served. I highly recommend !

Wonderful breakfast with huge selection.We came with the group of nine friends and we had a few little problems with the hotel ,but everything was corrected straight away and they gave us lovely experience.Thank you very much for all your service.

    Verified Fantastic find What a fantastic find. The staff here cannot do enough to help. Little touches such as a gorgeous juice brought to you every afternoon. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The pool is refreshing and again clean. Felix is an absolute treasure and such a professional.
